This place has a comprehensive range of experiences including the 2 night stay for those who are new to the Yoga experience to the full 7 night stay for fully fledged Yogi’s. The smallest package starts at $980 per person for double accommodation so be sure to bring a friend along, otherwise the 7 night stay in double accommodation begins at $3080 per person. Gaia Retreat- NSW












In Brooklet NSW lies the wonderful Gaia Retreat. Their website states “Gaia is a Choice Retreat – Where You Experience the Difference,” each Gaia experience is crafted to be unique. With Yoga classes scheduled for every morning you will feel refreshed and revived the very next day. Gaia has won a number of renowned awards in the sector of boutique hotels for its signature experience. Packages begin at $1915 for couples for a 2 night retreat special while the complete 7 night Restore package begins at $6585 for a couple. Their packages vary in inclusions but you can rest assured that every package will feature gourmet meals and snacks, daily morning Yoga, retreat activities, spa vouchers and full use of onsite facilities. Gaia received a 5 star rating on Tripadvisor with guest Karen commenting “Fantastic retreat. All the elements to allow you to unwind and recharge. Serene and peaceful. Saffire Freycinet- TAS

Saffire Freycinet has been known to exceed expectations with a 5 star rating and range of extra special experiences on offer such as breakfast arrangements knee deep in the water. While this one is not solely known for its Yoga it is the perfect way to see what Tasmania has to offer as well as keep your wellbeing requirements in check. “[The] staff are excellent they go out of their way to make you feel special. A member on Trip Advisor commented that this retreat is a necessity and not a luxury “Annah and Wayne are a gift to anyone searching for rejuvenation and calm. Their dedication to health and wellbeing is contagious.” The property also received a 5 star rating on this site.

Now after hearing about all of these wonderful places and what they have on offer I can not wait to just pack my bags and spend a weekend away indulging in each of these wellness retreats—in no particular order!
